I am very well know at the office for using the F… word way too much! But i live by it! Most everything i do involves the F… word. I would bet that if you are a business manager or administrator you use it all the time!
You know what i am talking about, the FORM word! That’s right i use forms for everything! It’s another word for administration, i think! LOL When i first took the position i am in now there were NO forms and it was a nightmare. It was all done verbally and most the information people needed was just in someones head and not written down.
I love FORMS and create then for so much! It makes tasks so much more efficient and gets things done in an orderly and prompt way. So i get known for FORM this and FORM that! I can handle it! We laugh now and the staff accept my FORM ways!

Here are many sample of how FORMS have greatly helped in our office.
Room Reservation Form
ACH Deposit Set Up Form
Medical Release and Consent Form
Vacation Request Form
Sick Time Away Form
May i go to the bathroom form ( just kidding)
Room Set Up Form
Repair Order Form
Departmental Deposit Form
Then there are the required forms from the IRS:
W-4, W-9, W-2, I-9 and hundreds more unfortunately!
Here is one tip i would like to pass on about forms though! Try putting as many as you can on-line! We have a shared drive on our network in the office where anyone can create a folder and store docs there. I have a folder called FORMS and there you will find most the forms i create. Some are fill in the blanks and some are print only. Either way they are all there for the whole staff to access! I still have a FORMS rack thought located in the office next to the mail slots. There are just some forms like ones in triplicate that have to be filled out and turned in.
Just make FORMS for everything and you will be a great administrator! What forms do you have? Are you a Forms person? Have fun and enjoy!
